Windsor's Nigerian community celebrates grants for young entrepreneurs

Grants meant to help the projects of enterprising young people (ages 15 to 30) were awarded and celebrated on Wednesday by the Windsor-based non-profit group Nigerian Canadians for Cultural, Educational, and Economic Progress.
