Charles Booker is throwing his hat in the ring once again. Booker announced an official Senate exploration committee Monday, setting up a matchup between the former Kentucky state representative and two-term senator Rand Paul. Whatâs not clear is how the Democratic establishment will respond, and if they will behave differentlyâand more democraticallyâthan the last time Booker tried running.
