Right now, Mac’s awaits a Zoom hearing over civil litigation. The case had been rescheduled from Feb. 2 to March 12.
The Grant City eatery was launched into the national spotlight as it refused to follow government COVID-19 restrictions and subsequently became a flashpoint for protests.
