Wike: VAT suit will test Nigeria's respect for rule of law

Nyesom Wike, governor of Rivers, says the ongoing legal battle between his state and the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) over the collection of value-added tax (VAT) will be a test case to Nigeria’s respect for the rule of law or otherwise.
