Wife of Gilgo Beach serial killer suspect Rex Huermann has been battling breast and skin cancer for years - and family plan to sue over search that destroyed their home

In a press conference on Friday, Asa Ellerup's lawyer, Robert Macedonio, said the family would file a notice of claim over the search because their civil rights have been violated.
