Wicklow TD 'dismayed' by Council's decision to forego community facilities for new homes

Green Party TD for Wicklow Steven?Matthews?has criticised Wicklow County Council’s decision to let Cairn Homes, the developer of the cost-rental housing scheme at Archer’s Wood, Delgany, get away with reneging on promises to provide community facilities which were included at the initial design stage.
