STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Through the pandemic in this column, we’ve explored flavor and taste — and the deprivation of it with no indoor dining. Now that the option is back, coming back to a dining room might feel like experiencing a restaurant for the very first time. And that brings us to that “love at first bite” experience in Staten Island eateries.
