In delaware right now, we do have a southerly wind starting to warm them up but not quite yet. 44 in wilmington, marshallton, harmony hills, odessa and farther to the south were starting to see 50s showing up, 50 in elendale, 55 in lewes and 52 in sell byville. And the all time record for february in philadelphia is 79 degrees. 1930 and were getting up close to that this afternoon some of those showers mainly north of philly, into the dinner time and thats our best chance of seeing some rain. Shouldnt be lasting a long time. Then temperature actually goes up after the rain. You dont see that a whole lot this time of year but 7 00 a. M. , look at that, were close to 60 degrees. Then of course, we go well into the 60s even low 70s. It stays much colder at the jersey shore. Dont go to the jersey shore to get warm because its going to be cold there in the next two days. Here we are going well into the 70s on wednesday. Theres that cold front coming down. Thats going to help push the temperatures down for thursday and friday. So just to give you an idea here, the difference between philly and jersey shore, 72 in philadelphia, 56 jersey shore tomorrow. 78 to 63, big, big differences because of that cold ocean that we have. There are those two records likely tuesday and wednesday. We start cooling down thursday with some rain and then as we go towards the weekend, we continue with this relatively wet pattern, turning out to be a very wet february along with being a warm february.
