We have breaking news to tell you about. A shooting in burlington county. It happened inside this home along serrano trail in browns mill after 11 30 last night. Police tell us the victim is in the hospital. Theres no word on that persons condition yet. Well bring you updates as soon as we get them. 5 02. New from overnight, a gas station fight takes a violent turn. Philadelphia police say an argument between two men spilled out of a sunoco gas station into the parking lot where the victim was shot at pointblank. Now police are searching for the shooter. Pamela osborne is live at Einstein Medical Center where the victim is being treated now, not far from the gas station on broad street where this unfolded. What do police think started it . Reporter the 31yearold man fighting for his life may have been asking people for money at that sunoco gas station when he was gunned down. He was shot several times at the sunoco on broad street and wintrim avenue. Thats the Motive Police are looking into now. Investigators say the victim was shot in the head and chest at close range. They also say the shooter fired a total of 12 shots. It happened just before 10 00 last night. The gas station was busy, and there were witnesses who tell police the victim was inside of the aplus minimart before he was shot. They believe he got into an argument with the shooter. The argument spilled out into the street where the victim was shot next to his cadillac. Those witnesses were taken to northwest detectives for questioning. The shooter may have been at the minimart with another person. He got into a car and took off into an unknown direction. Homicide detectives have been notified. The search is on for the suspect. Police are reviewing Surveillance Video in hopes of getting a better description of what that shooter looks like. As soon as we get that information, well pass it along to you. The report says a former wardrobe stylist at the Network Claims that several retired players working as onair talent as well as a producer groped her and sent suggestive texts and video. The nfl network says it suspended two of the former players and the producer while it looks into the allegations. The lawsuit claims that mcnabb texted explicit comments to the former wardrobe stylist. The report says mcnabb did not immediately respond to an emailed request for comment. He played 11 seasons in philadelphia and retired from pro football after the 2011 season to work at nfl network as an analyst. Hes now covering football for another tv network and on the radio. A bucks county man will likely spend rest of his life in jail for what Authorities Say is the worst case of pedophilia they have ever seen. Yesterday a judge sentenced William Thomas to 60 to 100 years in prison. Thomas was convicted of raping and molesting seven children dating back to the 1970s. Prosecutors said they found thousands of pieces of evidence in thomas falls township trailer from diaries to drawings to pictures. One of the victims could not hide her feelings. He is the boogieman. He doesnt deserve anything, anything at all. Not one sign of remorse. I dont think he showed one sign of remorse today in the courtroom. Prosecutors said if more victims linked to thomas are discovered, they will file additional charges. A bill that would toughen pennsylvanias laws on abortion could be voted on this week. It bans abortions after 20 weeks allows abortions until 24s a weeks. If its passed, it will go to governor wolf. He vowed to veto it and explained why yesterday.
