Police have not made any arrests in the shooting. Philadelphia police are looking into a possible extortion threat by one of their officers that went viral. Take a look at this. The driver told us the officer stopped him in kensington for a taillight that was out. The driver did not want to show his face on camera. He said he ended up handing over 30 to the officer. We have new information about the decision by the Cumberland County prosecutor not to charge two Bridgeton Police officers for shooting and killing a man during a traffic stop. The mans family says the prosecutors announcement about the decision is troubling and omits details from the record. Show me your hands. Show me your [ muted ] hands. A grand jury believes that the officers knew that 36yearold jeremy reed had previously fired on Law Enforcement and police say they found a gun in the glove compartment of the car. According to an attorney for reeds family, the county prosecutor failed to address the fact that the officers had a record of using force. The First Assistant prosecutor declined to comment. A judge in new jersey has sentenced a lakewood man to 15 months in prison for carving a swastika into a familys loan. Scott cooney pled guilty to bias intimidation back in june. He used a lead pipe to carve a swastika in their lawn. He even wrote threatening letters to the family while waiting to be sentenced. Now to pennsylvanias budget battle. House republicans plan to hold votes to override governor wolfs budget bill veto piece by piece. Theyll need at lopht 17 democrats for the twothirds majority required. Democrats call the plan unconstitutional. The state has been operating without a budget by the way for more than seven weeks.
