Reporter a loud commotion in the middle of the night outside this west 162 street apartment quickly caught the attention of brendan and others who live nearby. He was screaming jesus christ is born. I go to the window and i see him on top of a woman and i couldnt really see what was going on. Then the police came. Like two police cars came and arrested the guy.
