Victims tell NYC jury about 2017 Hudson bike path terror attack

Testifying on the second day of presentations in Sayfullo Saipov’s capital murder trial at Manhattan Federal Court, Marion Van Reeth spoke about losing her legs in the deadly attack on Halloween 2017 in which eight people were killed and 11 injured.
