Victims’ family members rally outside Pueblo judicial building amid DUI case
PUEBLO, Colo. (KRDO) -- A one-week extension has been granted to file charges in the case of Alisha Herrera. The extension was granted to the Pueblo County District Attorney's Office to review the facts in order to potentially file more charges.
Herrera is accused of driving under the influence and hitting four people on motorcycles, killing two of them. KRDO obtained Herrera's arrest affidavit on Wednesday. According to the affidavit, Herrera had her one-year-old child in the car with her at the time of the crash.
Herrera is currently out on bond with her new court date set for June 16th at 10 a.m.
