US Capitol Hill siege: Man who waved Indian flag at pro-Trump rally hails from Kochi | Kochi News

Palathingal said that he was the state central committee member of the Republican Party of Virginia and he carried the Indian flag as he went with a group of around 10 people of Indian origin.
"People having Vietnamese, Indian, Korean and Iranian origins and from so many other nations and races, all American patriots, who believe that massive voter fraud has happened had joined the rally on Wednesday in solidarity with Trump. I happened to have an Indian flag which is why I went with it. I have seen even Pakistani flags at Trump rallies. We were peaceful protestors who were exercising our rights," said Palathingal.
