UMass-Amherst’s external relations director Tony Maroulis joining WD Cowls Land Company as vice president of Real Estate

The announcement was made in a press release over the weekend.
“A respected regional leader in economic and community development, tourism, and the arts, Maroulis brings a well-rounded blend of experience to WD Cowls as it continues to develop and market The Mill District in North Amherst as a premier eats, arts, and entertainment destination,” the Cowls statement says.
Maroulis is expected to grow The Mill District brand, along with the company’s real estate and business portfolios.
