U.S. to repatriate fresh $23m Abacha loot to Nigeria

Added to the $312 million Abacha loot repatriated from the U.S. to Nigeria last year, the expected $23 million will rack the loot of the late dictator recovered from the U.S. in the last two years to $335 million.
