U.S. Marshals arrest fugitive accused of fatally shooting Philadelphia streets department worker

Senaaj Jackson, the man accused of shooting Philadelphia streets department worker Masir Williams on Sept. 7, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals in North Philly on Wednesday morning. Jackson, 22, allegedly shot Williams, 21, twice in the back during an argument at a corner store in Grays Ferry. Williams was working his job at the time.
