Senaaj Jackson, the man accused of shooting Philadelphia streets department worker Masir Williams on Sept. 7, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals in North Philly on Wednesday morning. Jackson, 22, allegedly shot Williams, 21, twice in the back during an argument at a corner store in Grays Ferry. Williams was working his job at the time.
Police and U.S. Marshals arrested Rasheem aka "Rasheen" Trusty, the second suspect in the shooting death of Ikeem Johnson, a sanitation worker in Northeast.
The shooting took place just after 10:30 a.m. on the 7300 block of Rowland Avenue and left 35-year-old Ikeem Johnson dead. Police believe he was targeted.
