Two Colorado veterans featured in Tuskegee Airmen documentary

Gene Pfeffer, historian and curator at the National Museum of World War II Aviation, shows one of the Tuskegee Airmen displays at the Colorado Springs museum Monday, Feb. 8, 2021, while giving a tour of the 21-acre site at the Colorado Springs Airport. Pfeffer and the late Frank J. Macon, Tuskegee Airman and local resident, will be featured in the History Channel’s “Tuskegee Airmen: Legacy of Courage” airing Wednesday, Feb. 10, at 6 p.m. (The Gazette, Christian Murdock)
