On April 3, Loveland Police Department officers responded to a 911 call of a man and woman screaming for help in the 1600 block of East 16th Street, according to a Tuesday release. When officers arrived, they learned two men had allegedly broken into a residence, robbed the three occupants, sprayed them with pepper spray, stabbed one victim in the head and fled the scene; the victim was later treated and released and no other injuries were reported.
