Twin Cedars will try to pull off a week of sweeps in the Bluegrass Conference as the boys and girls Sabers host Mormon Trail tonight. The girls have already seen progress from one season to the next. While Brooke Roby has been steady and the leading scorer, Rylee Dunkin and Cheyenne Bruns have stepped up and raised nearly every part of their respective games. Coach Trent Verwers (VAR-viss) tells KRLS Sports those two, plus a few other girls will have to continue that kind of progress if they are to have any chance to be competitive in the Bluegrass Conference.
