As coronavirus vaccine appointments opened up to the remaining 1.7 million Massachusetts residents awaiting eligibility on Monday, a Roxbury church began doling out its first shots.
Roxbury’s Twelfth Baptist Church joined the ranks of dozens of churches, community centers and other cultural sites across the city that have taken on the role of vaccination clinic amid the coronavirus pandemic.
