The latest Democrat to declare a run for governor, state Sen. Sonia Chang-Diaz, signaled she is done waiting in the wings after more than a decade making incremental changes on Beacon Hill.
“I have seen so many times over the past decade that the kinds of systemic changes that address the real needs of working families are still the exception and not the rule,” Chang-Diaz said during a Sunday appearance on WCVB’s “On the Record.” “Too many times, Beacon Hill says to working families that they need to wait a little longer another year, another session.”
