This week, an unusual combination of a towboat and a towboat delivered air separation units to the Nucor West Virginia construction site in Mason County, West Virginia. Gulf Coast tugboats are a rare sight on the Ohio River, but Nucor officials say people along the river should see more as construction progresses.
