They tell us they are close to clearing the accident on the inner loop of the beltway between the i270 spur and old georgetown road. Heres a live look from our camera on the scene. Looks like traffic starting to pick up in the area. Traffic still getting by with just one lane but as we just saw a while ago, we saw crews being able to move at least one of the tractortrailers associated with that accident. So it looks like again progress being made. This should wrap up soon as they get i believe to be yet another tractortrailer associated with that crash as well. Looks like we have another lane thats opened up. But again still delays in that area. From a look at our maryland cam, you can see the delays. This is delays at river road. This is associated with the jackknifed tractortrailer. This will have to ease up in order for commuters to really get going along that stretch. Meantime back to the maams right now. Want maps right now. Want to let you know metro is still running on sced youual. No schedule. No issues on the trains or buses. From chain bridge road to l street northwest now a 22 minute commute. Traveling northbound on i95 nothing to slow you down other than some volume. As you make it over the occoquan it should ease a bit but pick back up closer to springfield. Dale boulevard to 395, now a 15 minute commute. The gp debate once again has g. O. P.
