Montgomery county police have arrested a bethesda man on charges he abused and neglected his 87yearold mother. Fiftysevenyearold James Kirkland was his mothers primary care give. And he is charged with Second Degree assault and misconduct in office and false imprisonment. Well, a judge has ordered a former fbi agent in trouble with the law to undergo psychiatric evaluation and treatment for at least 30 days. She is davis. She was with the fbi from 2004 to 2010. Now, shes accused of assaulting a Police Officer in a bizarre attack outside the cia. According to those charges documents, davis made violent threats to cia last thursday and claims she wanted to, and we quote die of police brutality. Davis was scheduled for a Court Hearing today, but the judge said she was simply too uncomfort uncop cooperative and combative to be brought in for the hearing.
