There could be a couple of spotty showers popping up during the heat of the day tomorrow as well. So not necessarily dry the entire day for saturday. But sunday, were looking at High Temperatures in the upper 70s. Showers and thunderstorms moving in. Some of which could turn severe in particular by sunday afternoon and evening. So heres what were talking about for sunday. During the afternoon and evening around dinnertime, headed toward the overnight were looking at wind and hail maybe an isolated tornado and also heavy rain with the system one to 2inches before all is said and done. A bucks county pharmacist shoots a man who police say was about to rob his store. Tonight, that suspect is dead. Another is in custody. Karen hepp has the story from falls township. Reporter police say this is Kim Goldsboro the get away driver who tried to rob a pharmacy in in bucks county about 10 00 oclock this morning with agued dee but as soon as they pulled in the stolen mini van investigators say the owner suspected they were up to no good because they were backing in. He has good camera system so he actually saw the subject coming into the store with the shotgun. He was prepared for the armed intruder. Reporter kenneth lee owns and runs the pennsbury pharmacy. Police say the own are in pull out his own pistol and yell at the gunman to stop. But the suspect wearing a halloween mask and carrying an um blame to conceal his weapon kept coming. Jumping through a window and over a counter. He begins to shoot at the armed intruder when he points the gun at him striking him numerous times. The intruder dies in the scene. There is no thought that we would prosecute the shooter in many case. He was entirely justified in his conduct and frankly should be commended. From what i can see he performed a public service. Reporter investigators will be charging goldsboro with both robbery and murder for the death of his friend. He was taken to bucks county prison. He says he was already on probation and he openly sobbed in court. They also wanted to see if this pair was connected to any other pharmacy robberies. From falls township, im karen hepp, fox 29 news. Tonight child endangerment charges against a man who worked for a Gloucester CountySchool District. Police say the suspect exchanged child pornography with students from monroe public schools. It was all over social media. Fox 29s Shawnette Wilson live in Monroe Township tonight with the latest on this investigation. Shawnette . Reporter so heres what we know. Were told the suspect worked for an outside agency that contracted employees for the munroe Township School district we spoke with the superintendent earlier today. The sun tells us the suspect will not be returning to the district. Still police say there is reason for parents to be concerned. They fear there may be more victims. So tonight theyre urging parents to talk to their children in case they may have had contact with the suspects on social media. Its creepy. Reporter parents are learning the disturbing news tonight that this man, 32yearold michael, who work as Grounds Maintenance work at schools in the Monroe TownshipSchool District is in jail. Police say for exchanging child pornography with students. Really have to be like careful with my kids right now. I really have to talk to them. About it. Reporter he has two daughters at williamstown middle where theyve identified some of the victims after parents contacted police saying their children had exchanged pictures of themselves with Facebook Messenger account. Police say that account led them to the man who also accused of of sending pictures of other young girls to the students he contacted. Its very alarming. Reporter diane bries her has 15 year old daughter. Shes concerned, too, after learning police say there may be more victims than the ones theyve identified at williamstown middle. If theyre depressed or if they just dont have the support of a parent at home and they just want someone to reach out to, theyll just reach out to anybody just to, you know, have a friend. Reporter police say the suspect was arrested yesterday at whitehall elementary school. Im afraid still because everywhere is like, you know, dangerous. Because they have all the phones and they can take a picture of themselves and send it to these people. Burlington county man headed to prison for a decade. He will yas sanchez was sentenced today for distributing methamphetamines and heroin in burlington and ocean counties. He and three others were charged back in 2014. After they were busted by undercover officers. Officials cezanne chez and the other defendants sold multiple drugs to street level dealers in new jersey. A man is free tonight thanks to some quick action by rescuers in burlington county. Skyfox over pro bass company farms in chesterfield. Thats where Officials Say a man was trapped stuck up to his chest in a grain silo. Crews eventually got him out, took him to local hospital. No word on the extent of those injuries. A developing and tragic story out of texas tonight. The army announcing that rescue crews have recovered the four missing soldiers who were swept away in raging flood waters. That brings the death toll to nine. It happened during a Training Exercise yesterday at fort hood. Thats when Officials Say the tactical vehicle overturned as soldiers were attempting to get through a low water crossing. The vehicle they were in was supposed to be able to handle the water. But conditions were way too dangerous. Today Officials Say the normally 30 to 40foot wide creek at the park is swollen to 500 feet. The soldiers were trained on the range with convoy operatio operations. This was normal training, small unit training, 12 soldiers in that truck. Nine are dead. The army is investigate the circumstances of the Training Exercise and looking how the military handles training in these risky kinds of conditions.
