This building will be so tall in fact that the Companies Working to build it, have to persuade the federal Aviation Administration to raise the allowed skyrise height to 500 feet and divert air traffic getting to Albert Whitted airport. Right now developers are seeing a lot of demand for new skyrises in both the one St Petersburg tower is one of 1,200 residential units either recently completed or under construction right in tampa, at least a dozen projects are underway now that will double the amount of People Living in downtown.
