An employee also spotted the insect, squashing it right there on the counter. The customer says the employee thankfully washed their hands before continuing to serve food, but urged Health Inspectors to stop in to make sure everything was okay. The state later arriving, to confirm live roach activity, but also found sewage or wastewater backing up through the floor drains at the Front Service counter, triggering an emergency closure.
