North. This is a worstcase scenario for haiti. They will get the feet of rain and Hurricane Force winds at category 4. Here is the latest track moving to the north an extra 24 to 36 hours then begins the northwest jog. We talked about that. However the problem is now the northwest jog is more of a movement. Now we are talking about many of our counties in the county of uncertainty here. The exact track of the storm remains to be seen. With that current track, they are going to have hurricane watches for the eastern side of the peninsula. I expect that do come down in the next couple of hours if not sooner as the storm makes its closest path thursday and then into friday making the turn up to the north and east. As far as our effects, if it pans out this way, we will be on the drier side of the storm but now the wind will be more of an issue.
