For years, questions have been raised about Foreign Government donations to two charities linked to Hilary Clinton and her family. Both the Clinton Foundation and the Clinton HealthAccess Initiative disclose some limited donor information on their websites. A scripps news investigation has found that . Both . Charities are ignoring laws that require them to publicly name Foreign Government donors and the amount they give. David nelson private Foundation Expert runs 57 1 02 they just list a lump sum total. David nelson Clinton Foundation cannot say they are in compliance with ny regulations and we also found problems at the Clinton HealthAccess Initiative for it told the irs it received 26 Million Dollars in foreign and domestic government grants but the charity only reported 242 thousand in domestic grants to new york ignoring instruction to make sure the state numbers the state to make sure the state numbers matched with the irs which requires a total number both Foreign Charities must name names and amounts. Over five years, we found 225 Million Dollars in discrepancies between what they reported to the irs and to new york. John wonderlich new york state law should be enforced as its written.
