Also new, our sister station in Salt Lake City, a reporter there tweeting out three hours ago that the air France Flight that left from los angeles that was diverted to Salt Lake City has departed from Salt Lake City bound for paris headed to paris. Same situation happened with both flights, the air France Flight that left l. A. X. For paris made an Emergency Landing in Salt Lake City last night. 400 some odd people on board. Authorities expected that plane, the passengers, the luggage, nothing was found. Flight 55, meanwhile, bound for paris from dulles was diverted to nova scotia last night after someone called in a bomb threat. After takeoff all 200 passengers got off at the airport there. Police dogs trained in detecting explosives checked out the plane. The passengers were checked out and nothing was found. The fbi telling nbc news that they have nothing to suggest that either threat was credible. Of course, this morning authorities both in canada and the u. S. Reporter hey, we just got word from air france that those passengers that started here at dulles on their way to paris and were diverted to canada will not be leaving nova scotia until this evening because of crew flight time limitations. Now the next flight from dulles, air France Flight from dulles to paris is not leaving until this afternoon, but there will surely be some nerves among passengers. Right now authorities are trying to find the source of those threats phoned in last night. Flight 55 bound for paris from dulles was diverted to an airport in nova scotia. As i said, all 200 plus passengers were checked out along with their luggage. The plane was inspected. Nothing found. Now that flight from los angeles that was diverted to Salt Lake City is on its way to france right now were told after also being after also being given the all clear.
