The family is considering legal action because of what happened next. My children were two and a half blocks from the house and four Police Officers and three police cars showed up. Reporter danielle says the month good morning ri county police took her two children in the back of a patrol car for three hours without calling her or her husband and two hours before they saw their parents. Each time cps has had this heavy hand approach because our children went to the park. Reporter they were playing at the park in Silver Spring sunday afternoon without their parents. Police got a call. Theyre free range kids. Its a movement a style of parenting that gives children freedom to play and walk down the street without supervision. Police picked up the children before. Last month Child Protective Services put the parents on notice finding them responsible of unsubstantiated neglect. Really scary. Reporter the family signed a safety plan to get their two children back last night. Montgomery county police tell us they cannot comment on specific cases but will review what happened. Both youngsters were taken to the hospital. One suffered a broken leg. A Community College in North Carolina is now closed for the rest of the day following a deadly shooting on campus. Police do not believe it was a random act. A former Student Armed with a rifle walked into a building this morning. He shot and killed a longtime employee who just arrived at work at the print shop. Police are still searching for him right now. School Officials Say the two men knew each other and not clear what led to the shooting. Also developing this afternoon, a russian fighter jet nearly collides with an American Military plane. The pentagon releasing the details of what happened last week over the baltic sea near poland. A spokesman called it provocative claiming the russians approached from behind and began rolling and tilting it to show off the weapons. The pentagon says intercepts are fairly common but this was especially unsafe. This afternoon, police say theyve arrested a woman on Human Trafficking charges. This is 21yearold blanken of germantown. Someone called 911 and complained about two suspicious persons. She was already wanted in Prince Georges County for Human Trafficking and taken into custody. Julius wilson says his civil rights were violated when the officer tased him in the back during a traffic stop last year. Just last week another man accused him of doing the same to him in 2013.
