drop coins and cash into the ttle but some pass her by. according to salvation army reports, giving is way down in the national capital region, more than 30% down in the first 8 days of red kettleundraising compared tos la the year. so far, givers have dropped nearly $160,000 into the kettles. that's a $74,000 decrease. there has beenn 80% drop, more than $99,000 at giant stores after
