They hit several nearby cars. That 21yearold man was taken to the hospital in critical but stable condition. Now, Philadelphia Police detectives here at the east division they continue to investigate this case. This happened just before 1 30 this morning in north philadelphia on the 2900 block of north fourth street. Police say the man was shot several times and rushed to Temple University hospital again in critical but stable condition. Investigators were on the scene gathering evidence and they did recover 21 spender shell casings. Three nearby cars were hit by the gunfire. A short time after Police Arrived on the scene an officer assist went out over police radio. Several people were seen getting into a police vehicle. At least one of them was taken into custody at the crime scene for disturbing the police. A rifle was recovered but police havent yet said how its related to this investigation but police want to hear from you if you have any tips.
