Fenwick High School Filed a lawsuit claiming its the rightful winner of this state semifinal game it lost saturday to plainfield north high inover time but heres the ching. The game should have never gone to overtime and all sides the rulebook, made a call. Something. On the last play of the game, i mean, come on. Such a travesty. That the call was made incorrectly by the refs. Reporter what happened . Leading 107 fenwick ran out the clock on what it thought would be the last play of the game. The ref rightly called a penalty on fenwick but incorrectly awarded plainfield whats called an untimed down. An extra play. They kicked a field goal and ultimately won in overtime. Play at that point. Reporter the rules also clearly state referees decisions are final. The Athletic Association refused to overturn the outcome. Even after acknowledging and apologizing for the error. Plainfield district Officials Say they empa thiedz with fenwick and they should be proud however theyre preparing for the state championship game on saturday. In other words, sucks for you. They say two homes were broken into on monday, and several ipads and guns were stolen. Police say the thief has been approaching homes under the guise of handing out flyers for snowshoveling services. But if no one answered, he would break in. Officers called the number on that flyer, but it was not in service. They say the burglar may be people traveling to their holiday destinations. You said you didnt even dance with your girlfriend before. I want to make it clear i say that but it speaks volumes for the coach and the teacher that i had because i came in with zero experience. I dont think i ever danced sober before i got on the show and to go from that to where we ended up and having a compliment like that from julianne speaks volumes for this woman sitting next to me and everything she does as a coach. Sharna, you were ju place, more dancing in the future i hope youll stay. Absolutely. Im not going anywhere. We are told one person was taken to the hospital. At this time there is no word on that persons condition. The ags office is now part of that investigation. A driver is facing charges this morning in connection with a deadly accident on the spaulding turnpike in rochester. Troopers say 72yearold kenneth long of sanbornville was killed when he was hit by a car while trying to retreive a grill that fell out of the back of his the accident happened around happened last night, near exit 16. The driver who hit the victim, 51yearold Eric Grabowski of middleton, was arrested for driving under the influence. New hampshires attorney Generals Office is now requesting a third medical examiner to help deal with a backlog of drugrelated death cases.
