well aboveaverage. 75 in baltimore and 76 in d.c. low 70s across the board from york to hagerstown and frederick and winchester. culpepper at 70. so there's the cold front that will move through as we go throughout the day. and behind it, high pressure will build in. we will be seeing plenty sunshine in the forecast tomorrow and beginning gradual clearing throughout the day. this is tropical storm isaac right now. the winds sustained at 70 miles an hour. very strong tropical storm. and it is on the verge of becoming a hurricane before the day is over. we need four more miles to that and we can see it's forecasted to become a category one hurricane as it makes landfall and we are looking at at swath and new orleans definitely in on that and we will see strong storm surge and also flooding across the area up to 12 inches of rain. locally 18 to 20 when what -- is what we are projecting. plenty of sunshine building in going throughout the day today. make sure to get out and enjoy it. hour
