talking about tropical storm debby and we can see the circulation in the gulf here but most of the activity is off toward the east side of the storm. and it's been blowing that way because of sheer. we are getting dry air and training into the system and that's why it's so lop side. it's not moving anywhere. winds sustained at 50 miles an hour it's going to dump heavy rain going through the president jack young tried to rally support against the cuts but was not successful. several council members who supported the plan to save the fire company changed the vote after the mayor said even if other cuts were made, that money could not be used to save the fire companies. today if the council gives final approval this means as of july 1st truck 10 in west balledmore and squad 11 in southeast and truck 15 in east baltimore will close. now some council members say they are hoping to make some last-minute changes to the budget at today's final vote. sherrie johnson abc2 news. moving through the air -- cold front is going to be moving through the area. so the clashing of the air masses makes the storm prediction center put us in slight risk for severe weather. you can see
