block of bay view drive. took 83 firefighters about a half an hour to bring the two alarm fire under control. a man's body was found inside. his nephew identified him as john sorrell, neighbors heard it before they saw the smoke and flame. >> out back with my dog and heard a loud crash, i imagine that was the windows busting out of the house. i saw people running and came around and saw the house in flames. >> this area of edgewater does not have fire hydrants, trucks had to haul in their own water. the cause is under investigation at this hour. it is now 5:32, it is hard to listen to, jamie four members of the family were killed in that fire, the youngest victim only two years old. firefighters were back in the neighborhood this weekend to prevent something like this from happening again. the burned out home a stark reminder of how dangerous fire can be. on saturday chief jim crack ordered a fire alarm sweep in the neighborhood. firefighters went door to door to make sure officials returned to that neighborhood to check smoke detectors in other homes in east baltimore, they installed some in home that is didn't have any. 5:46. baltimore city detectives have arrested three men in connection with this marine's murder, 20-year-old private first class darius ray was in baltimore friday night for a party at a home in the 6900 block of mcclain boulevard. according to city police, michael wig ins, vernon hadley and nicky woodward tried to get into that party but were asked to leave. the trio came back with rewe upons, ray was stabbed to death. all three men will likely be charged with first degree murder. senate republican leader mitch mcconnell is predicting ben bernanke will be confirmed for a new four year term as chairman of the federal reserve. that eases pressure on bernanke who heard complaints about his leadership in a time of financial instability. his confirmation is expected later this week. walmart has cut more than 11,000 jobs at its sam's club warehouses. the cuts will include 10,000 workers who offer those food samples as free samples and showcase products to customers. others being cut at the wholesale jayent, 1200 workers who county and more back on the other side of the mountains. we still have some distinct lines here with some squall activity, which means an extra burst of energy of heavy rain and gusty winds. winds
