that's the kind of business the federal trade commission warns about, you only get paid commissions by recruiting new distributors. getting restraining orders to stop them from promoting the offer. it's hard to find out much else, even who owns tbi. >> the focus of the website isn't so much on the vacation plan, but on you recruiting people to participate in this business opportunity. those are the biggest warning flags you can super. >> reporter: if you get one of these offers, ask a lot of questions before you sign on and start recruiting your friends and family, otherwise the company leading back to canada, drops the humidity down. even though we're still at 72 around the beltway. 60s outside the beltway and much more pleasant feel to the air. abundant sunshine in central and northern maryland. you'll see clouds hanging out and stalling to our south. we expect to have a mostly sunny sky for today. we'll throw added clouds into the afternoon. could build thunderstorms into mountains to our west but also, just throw in afternoon clouds for us. increasing humidity and we stop our timeline here wednesday morning. wednesday afternoon, we'll probably build in the chance of more storms. that'll extend through thursday. after this, we get a deader air mass into next weekend. two-degree guarantee under a mostly sunny sky. the drop in humidity will make it feel so much more problems towards i-70. on both sides, inner and outer loop on the northeast corner at harford road, traffic moving very well. up in elkton, we have two incidences to let you know about. high water has route 7 closed. also fire activity in elkton, pulaski highway. just west of nottingham road. police on the scene directing traffic. in the city, we have reports of a crash involving a downed tree as well. westbound northern parkway at clyburn avenue. expect to see activity there too. dundalk, fire activity again. north point boulevard, rose bank avenue. police on the scene guiding traffic there. traffic managing to get by without too many issues. anne arundel county, as justin mentioned, hammered. arnold road. crownsville, st. stevens church road, remains closed in both directions because of
