we're doing a story on the warm weather. ok. when they come out. they will be heading to work. again, people excited. some folks say they are working so they really won't get to enjoy the day but if you have a chance, maybe this morning, this afternoon, take the dog out for a long walk. take your kids out for a long walk. go to the park, enjoy, it will be great. >> linda so live in loch raven. if it's warm you still have to go to work, of course. sources of knowledge into the investigation into the shooting death of a 13-year-old girl, monae turnage, say the gun that was used didn't belong to the police officer suspended in connection with his actions after the shooting. in the meantime, hundreds of friends and classmates and family members gathered outside of william c. march middle school in northeast baltimore on wednesday to remember monae turnage. police say two boys ages 12 and 13 were playing with a gun, a .22-caliber, when she was there and she was shot. after the shooting police say they hid her body behind a house and buried it under trash bags. the boys had been charged as juveniles with involuntary manslaughter. >> it might be true. if true i'll find out. i don't know what to say about it. >> police are still tracing the rifle to find out right now who it belong to. funeral services for monae turnage are going to be held this weekend. anne arundel county firefighters were headed to a fire when they ended up in a crash along ritchie highway. four firefighters and three civilians were hurt between the two scenes. the firefighters and crash victims had minor injuries. one person though was hurt in the fire. all the people are recovering. from serious burns. $3,000 reward now offered in laurel to help find the suspect in a hit-&-run. the crash happened on maryland 198 and route 1, this was last wednesday. this is video of that crash. police say a man was hit by what appeared to be a white pickup truck. the man was taken to the hospital and in critical condition. if you have any information about this crash call laurel crimeline at 301-498-7645. today occupy baltimore is focusing on bank of america. it's all in honor of international women's day and they say hispanic and african-american women are targeted in home foreclosures. they are going to meet 11:30 this morning and that's when they are going to hold a march. in towson, according to reports the effort to build a really nice pool off the corner of bosley and towson town boulevard couldn't get enough members. the project needed 335 people to receive financing but fell short of the goal. members who already signed up will get their money back. they have been trying to put a swim club there for about six years now. montgomery county will be the third county in maryland to use cameras on school buses to catch and fine drivers who illegally pass the buses. the county council voted tuesday to fine the drivers, and montgomery county police now cited 250 drivers a year for passing school buses. officials say that is a small fraction of those who are actually breaking the law. it's nicknamed the chief head state. so you would think the best cheese comes from wisconsin? county, just one southbound lane on the right side span of the tydings bridge is open, not causing delays yet. and for those of you driving from the eastern shore this morning, here's a live look at u.s. 50, east of st. margaret's, westbound lanes increasing in volume but still moving at a pretty good pace. also for our mta commuters, no early delays on the buses or any of our rail lines. let's check the forecast with lynette. >> good morning. if you are just waking up with us, temperatures are quite mild, we're in the 50s so you won't need that coat. as you look at the satellite and radar you're starting to see some of the clouds drift in across the area. big batch of rain back off into indiana, portions of illinois as well. and then as we look even further you can see into missouri and also kansas a little bit of a wintry mix out there. that won't get to us. we're going to focus in on the rain. the rain will start to push in here as we go more into the evening. so future trend is going to pick up on what i'm talking about here. as i put this in motion, this is ahead of a cold front. this cold front will get closer to us by this evening. we will have the chance for showers. so we're picking up, thinking maybe 11:00 this evening, goes back into motion. it pretty much gets out of here by the time you wake up tomorrow. but what i'm going to do, i'm going to keep the chance of showers in for the commute to work tomorrow. looks like everything will be out of here though by sunrise. so that is definitely looking good. we'll get more sunshine in here as we go throughout the towards us at over four million miles an hour. on tuesday the sun spit out huge erupting solar flares, about an hour apart. they are heading towards earth in what nasa is calling the largest solar storm in five years. no need to panic. they could shake the magnetic field and disrupt satellite navigation. gps may be thrown off, cell phone service could be cut off briefly and some flights could, you. time now for consumer news. despite signs of improvement in the economy young adults are still feeling the pain. the average income for those between ages of 23 and 29 have been declining over the past decade. entry level wages for male college graduates dropped 11%. wages for female dwradz dropped almost by 8%. it's having a big impact because it takes people much longer to pay off student loans and also limits their spending which in turn hurts the economy. staying with the economy -- costing us more to eat now. thekov of food has gone up 5% in the past year. many of us are looking to
