warnings posted this morning at the bay bridge. as we look at the bromo tower traffic is very quiet. the family of a missing baltimore county woman takes matters into their own hands. today they're forming a search party looking for her body. as we reported on monday, 22-year-old jerryell foster disappeared from her apartment. her family is searching for her body in the woods near her apartment. her boyfriend is the last person to see her. he showed up at her mother's house for thanksgiving. >> he showed up with the baby. friday was the last time i saw him. the next day when i came out to report my daughter missing. >> and now he's gone? >> he's gone. >> police say they cannot consider foster's disappearance a homicide in the absence of a body. the family will keep searching to provide one. mayor dixon kept up her public profile on wednesday. on wednesday the mayor was on hand to celebrate a $5,000 donation to the city's police mounted unit. tuesday she was found guilty of embezzlement for misappropriating more than $500 worth of giftcards donated to needy children. she joked whether it was the horses or herself that brought all the cameras to the event. >> it's great you brought out all the media for this event. i'm impressed. >> the city solicitor general says the mayor will not step down until she's sentenced. the program at the center of mayor dixon's legal trouble is running into problems of its own. the holly trolley program isn't continuing this christmas. it was a way to give needed items to charities last year. a spokesman for the city says they hope corporate and private donors will step forward and continue to help baltimore's needy families this holiday season. >> we have many churches and groups that collect for us, but you know, we're maryland. the heaviest of the rain is over. i really don't expect to see much more than a stray shower or two the rest of the morning. we're tracking the last of wet weather moving towards the tip of the chesapeake bay and into cecil county. winds are now the other factor for us. we have high winds gusting to 30, even 35 miles per hour at catonsville. take a tight grip on the wheel this morning. the roads will be wet from all the rain. we'll have a lot of wind to deal with. you can see all the heavy rain that came through, through the overnight hours. dousing baltimore and especially the eastern shore with flooding rains even. it's a warm start temperature-wise. on our way to 63 or so today. we'll hover in the low 60s. cooler weather back in the picture soon. let's head to kim for a new report by abc news that says this man, maurice clemens, accused of killing four washington state police officers sunday, pulled together a group of family and prison friends, even a 12-year-old relative to hide him from authorities. police eventually shot and killed him on tuesday. police arrested six people in connection with the nearly 48 hours police spent hunting for clemens. he moved to arkansas from washington state where he was convicted and sentenced in 1989 for aggravated robbery and property theft. governor mike huckabee commuted his sentence citing his young age at the time of from the public. the direction sheila dixon is taking after her legal troubles. it's where parents are buying cribs that has federal officials worried this morning. first off this morning: we're block of patapsco avenue and south baltimore. let me show you what's going on. actually right now the water has seemed to recede a little bit. earlier this morning there was extensive flooding out
