gender woman inside the mcdonald's. it happened in april. one of the teens, brown, will be be in court today. she is charged with assault and a hate crime, she could face a longer prison sentence. the video shows brown and a 14- year-old girl punching and kicking crissy polouse. the video caused a up roar in and the supporters in the gay and lesbian community rallied. the bodies were found after one of her co-workers says they were unable to get in contact with her for several days. the boy's father describe his son as one of the kindest sweetest kids that a parent could have wished for. a law school student is accused of killing a classmate who was discovered dismembered. steve mcdaniel was charged with murder in the death of giddings from maryland. she was seen at the end of june after going out with friends, she was found five days later, police say they found her torso wrapped in plastic and found in a garbage bin. police found a solid case. closer to home, former baltimore officers are trying to figure out who killed logan , the 91-year-old woman was found stabbed to death in the home she shared with her daughter. church members gathered at the home to comfort the family. the woman's daughter said she came home around 4:30 p.m. and found her mother dead. she was home alone during the day. a bedroom was ransacked but she didn't see signs of forced entry. police searched for clues and evidence while family members tried to come to term with the loss. >> i tried to shake her and called 911 right away. i saw blood on the floor and everything. >> reporter: detectives at the scene would not confirm whether or not logan was killed during a robbery. the investigation in to the death continues. sherrie johnson, abc 2 news. two 15 year olds will be
