That long name basically means the six cities will share Traffic Light Technology that adapts to traffic conditions. West des moines is the only city in the state thats currently using adaptive Traffic Light Technology. The software learns from traffic patterns and adapts when theres a backup due to accidents or weather. David hunter and his wife have a number of business interests in southern iowa but needed a base of operation. David hunter and his wife sarah have purchased the old afton school and turned into a 50s 60s diner. The place will have its grand opening soon. But has already welcomed diners for a soft opening.
