She always makes it during the holidays. 3 were from california, and the second it starts to get cold, cold there, she starts to make the banana bread. We thought why not bring the tradition to boston. Lets head to the kitchen. Were going mix sugar, eggs, banana and oil, but before we do that were going mash up the bananas. The riper the bananas, the better it tastes. Im going to crack the eggs. Well add the oil. Now add the sugar. Whisk it all together. You can see the bananas are starting to loosen up. I prefer to do this in one two bowls, one with the wet ingredients, one with the dry ingredients. Were going to combine the flour baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Time to add everything together and then you add to add your chocolate chips. You can use butter scotch, Peanut Butter chips, White Chocolate chips, anything you want put night a buttered and flowrd lf of loaf pan. Then bake it in the oven at 350 degrees for abouty 35 minutes.
