Seconds later you can see him wander through an upstairs hall way. Police say he hid in the stairwell on the fifth floor and followed a 60yearold woman into the garbage room and attacked her. Police tell us the perpetrator grabbed this woman by the neck, threw her to the ground and banged her head on the floor. Then he ripped off her clothing, stripped off his clothing and tried to rape her. When she screamed for help her daughter ran over and interrupted the crime and she condition. My mom her nose and everything had blood and teeth broke. Reporter she said she didnt get a good look at the suspect when he took off. A Nassau County officer caught on camera repeatedly punching and kneeing a man he pulled over in westbury. Today that officer acquitted of assault charges. Reporter supporters of kyle howell stormed out of the clearly upset with the verdict clearing Nassau CountyPolice OfficerVincent Logiudice of all charges in a case caught on camera that received national attention. Reporter the judge ruled that during a 2014 traffic stop in westbury logiudice didnt use Excessive Force to subdue howell. The officers actions were reasonable and necessary because howell disobeyed orders to show his hands and instead reached across the front seat to empty the glove box of marijuana.
