Investigators say that the suspect continues to drive making a right turn the wrong way up 22nd street towards fifth avenue eventually stopped by the oncoming traffic, even jumped out of that truck. He was trying to steal the truck. So the guy, when he tried to steal the truck, he tried to stop him. Instead he ran him over. Reporter the crime scene is still very expensive.
