Indiana is important because of the calendar but it is a microcosm, isnt it, of the gop. You have conservatives, blue collar americans. Is that why it counts . Every kind of republican is there. Theoretically, if cruz is going to stop trump, midwestern state like that is not trumps home region. Its more open field playing ground. He should be able to do it. If the polling is right, and it probably is, trump will have a good night. Its not only delegates now. Its the phycology. Trump is a steam rolling going on, which could be the path to california and the end. Could be early to do the to bli obituary, but why didnt the stop Trump Movement get off the ground . Trump is selling what the grievance half of the party want. The big donors dont like trump but they dont love cruz either. Hypothetically, if Bernie Sanders loses to Hillary Clinton there tonight, how does he make the argument to anyone that hes anything but hurting the presumptive nominee . Thats the box hes in. He doesnt have the power, i believe, to be nominated, but he has the power to make her life hell because of his grip of millenials, which is important for her. She wants to move on to the general election and is hiring battle state ground officials. She has to wash the bear without getting the fur wet. Push him aside, but dont make an enemy to out of him for the general. Use an olive branch for his supporters. Theyre fighting for something. I think the Clinton Campaign better create a fight that doesnt involve her for him. Ordered to pay 55 million to a 62yearold south dakota woman who blamed her Ovarian Cancer on the companys talcum powder. Gloria ristesund said she used j js products for four decades. According to her lawyer, she was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer and had to undergo a hysterectomy and related surgeries. Her cancer is now in remission. This decision comes just over two months after another case against Johnson Johnson in which 72 million was awarded to the family of a woman who died from Ovarian Cancer after years of using talc powder for feminine hygiene. Ristesunds lawyer claims Johnson Johnson documents show the company knew of Health Concerns regarding the use of talcum powder since the mid1970s. Johnson johnson claims there is nol link between its product and Ovarian Cancer. We are confident in our position, that there is no Causal Association between talc and Ovarian Cancer. Product safety is and will continue to be our highest priority. In a statement, Johnson Johnson says, we will appeal the recent verdict and continue to defend the safety of johnsons baby powder. Cognitive behavioral therapy, i have to think as an insomniac, not me, but i dont think theyd feel this would work. The evidence says it really does. The idea here is that its a structured program thats replacing harmful thoughts and behaviors with ones that promote sound sleep habits. Sounds very good. Its a threepronged approach. The first thing is address the bad thought. The idea is you get nervous about sleep. I wont get to sleep, i dont wake up on time, then ill lose my job. I have to address and change those thoughts. The second and third part really have to do more with behavioral changes. That is, its the tips we saw. Basically, getting out of bed after 20 minutes. Going to bed at the same time every night. Waking up at the same time every morning. Associating bed with sleep and intimacy. The last one we talk about a lot are the things like no tobacco, alcohol, caffeine before bed, avoiding the blue light of devices before bed. No naps. Tell someone who hasnt had any sleep all night that they shouldnt get a half hour of sleep during the day. It sounds impossible. Sounds impossible. One of the parts of the behavioral change is sleep restriction. They do do that. They say, no naps, and you have to go to bed late for a short period of time. It induces sleep depravation early on, but ultimately, it breaks the cycle. Youre more tired and youll sleep more soundly. Is there a larger concern, that taking the sleep medications for a prolonged period of time cannot be recommended . Actually, the fda only approves, wants the medications to be taken for about four to five weeks at a time. They can be associated with serious adverse effects. Cognitive behavioral therapy, aka, nonmedication therapy, as well as being noninvasive, is really not associated with very much harm. Now the man convicted of killing chandra levy is about to face a retrial that could ultimately set him free. No matter what, we dont have our daughter back. This morning, the disappearance of chandra levy. Reporter just 24 when she disappeared in washington, d. C. , the search for the former federal intern chandra levy captivated the media and ended a promising career. She was last seen may 1st, 2001. Her bags were packed, the doors were locked. She left her credit cards, cash, all those things. Reporter with demonstrations in her honor in her native california, and searches in the nations capital, the media gave allegations she was having an affair with her hometown congressman, gary koncondit.
