A lot of people like to get their exercise in the morning and youll have to bundle up if youre headed out this morning. Plan the rest of your day and plan on sunglasses and your coat and temperatures right around 30 degrees. Still below freezing at that point. Lunchtime mostly sunny, breezy and by 4 00, 44 degrees. Fire officials evacuated a threestory home containing apartments because of an apparent Carbon Monoxide leak. And also new from overnight, a Philadelphia Police officer crashed his cruiser into a pole in winfield. The accident happened at the intersection of brynn mar and the officer was treated for minor injuries. Now to decision 2016 and primary day in South Carolina. Marco rubio, your campaign is almost over, buddy. I certain think that if we see a donnell Trump Presidency that we could see Chris Christie in the cabinet. This morning, a Delaware County man who suffers from schizophrenia is out of a coma and recovering in the hospital after he was shot by police earlier this week. The Delaware CountyDistrict Attorneys Office filed aggravated Assault Charges against garrison who you see there. His mother claims he shouldnt be charged because of his schizophrenic condition. Garrison who lives in sharon hill called 911 on tuesday night. His parents say he was delusional claiming that he had been abducted. According to prosecutors, officers who were aware of garrisons Mental Illness responded and tazered him and then shot him when he came at them with a kitchen knife. He allegedly slashed the face of one of those responding officers. Shooting him was excessive given her sons condition. He has rights. And i feel as though he was violated in every way and he almost lost his life in front of his mother. The family is now focused on making sure their son recovers from the gunshot wound and is properly treated for his Mental Illness.
