But she did not go on to win the president ial nomination for the democrats that time around. Of course its very different in this election. Of course, you also look at the turnout numbers then. It was only 11 altogether for democrats and republicans. It will be interesting to see if more people come out for the 2016 primary. Of course with new jersey voters, there are still more races going on here than just the president ial primary. You have also congressional districts that are up for grabs. Theres still a voice given that democrats in new jersey also award their delegates for the president proportionately. Its not winner take all. According to recent polls, though, Hillary Clinton has been showing a double digit lead over Bernie Sanders here in the garden state. Here is something else. We were just talking about a few moments egg, those superdelegates, 16 of them in new jersey. Theyre the people within the party who can vote at the convention however they wish. Most here have already said they would vote for clinton at the Convention Next month. Thats where police are looking for the armed men who ambushed a pizza Delivery Driver, terrorized him and so the him. Nbc 10s Pamela Osborne is live at southwest detectives in West Philadelphia. Do police think they lured the driver with a fake delivery order . Thats exactly what police happened last night. They think it could be teens responsible for this brutal attack. They need your help tracking those suspects down. Detectives say the victim, a 35yearold Delivery Driver froo chillen pizza was making a delivery to the 5700 block of beaumont avenue just before 11 00 last night when he was kidnapped. The person that called to place the order called the Delivery Driver and said hed be right out. The victim had his back turned and was getting food out of the passengers side of the car. The two suspects drove him to the victim of cobbs creek and warrenton. They forced him out of the car and on to his knees. They went through his pockets and took about 60. The suspects asked for more money and the victim didnt have it. One of the suspects acted as though he was going to run that Delivery Driver over. The driver tried to run away. The suspects forced him back on his knees. They shot him once in the back of his head and took off in the victims gold car. Was found running about three blocks away on 57th and bellm r bellmawr. That 35yearold victim was able to run to call for help before he collapsed. Neighbors told police they heard his cries for help. They called 911. Police officers transported him in their patrol car to the hospital. He is in Critical Condition this morning. Now, i mentioned that Police Believe the suspects may be teenagers from the neighborhood. They think this based on where they took the victim, based on where that car was later recovered. We have new information on a 5yearold boy who was shot in his home by gunfire that came from outside. Skyforce 10 was over the scene last night in chester on winnington place. The boys mom said she was cooking dinner when shots tore through the curtains. A bullet hit the 5yearold in the arm and lodged near his shoulder. Medics took him to the hospital where he remains in stable condition. Police are investigating. Only nbc 10 cameras are there as a Sexual Assault suspect is taken into custody. The suspect approached the victim outside the wawa in torresdale yesterday. He asked her for a cigarette and then forced her into a wooded area where he assaulted her. She managed to break free and call police. Officers caught the suspect on a bicycle about two blocks from the crime scene. Today congressman chaka fattah will be back in court as the defense presents its case in his corruption trial. The government says fattah spent Campaign Money on his sons college loan debt. They say grant money was used to pay off an Illegal Campaign loonl and he took bribes to secure a federal appointment for his friend. Prosecution rested yesterday. Fattah denies the charges. Nbc 10s pam osborne is live in West Philadelphia with the search for the suspect. Pamela . Tracy, vai, it happened on the 5700 block of beaumont avenue. The victim was there to make a delivery. Instead, the two suspects police are looking for forced him into his car. They drove him to a nearby location where he was forced to his knees and robbed. Police say the two suspects, possibly teens, took about 60 but they wanted more. One of the suspects drove the victim as car at home as if to run him over. He tried to run but was shot in the back of the head by one of suspects. The driver was able to run and yell for help before he collapsed.
